Of course everyone has spanners. But often a restoration needs specialised tools that not everyone has in their own toolbox. Here is a list of tools owned by members which are generously offered to other members to borrow on an as-needed basis. It's intended to operate a bit like a regular library, except that the borrower negotiates directly with the lender, not with a central librarian, and is responsible to the owner for loss, damage, etc. The owner's contact details are deliberately omitted, but are circulated to members in the membership list published by the Membership Secretary.
